Talent Development
Swan School
Swan School provides access to training and pathways into the company and wider industry for diverse and exciting young dancers.
Identified through our Conservatoire programme and annual auditions, dancers are invited to Swan School because we are interested in their development and preparation for the industry. Led by New Adventures Associate Artistic Director Etta Murfitt and Take Part Creative Director Kerry Biggin, dancers are given exclusive insight into the working practices of New Adventures and take part in panelled discussions and workshops with invited industry professionals. This residency is designed to broaden the dancers’ industry knowledge and provide them with a range of skills to support them as they embark on their artistic journeys.
So far thirty-two previous Swan School alumni have gone on to perform with the company in various productions.
