Kerry Biggin [K-ERR-ee BI-GG-in]

Kerry trained at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance and is Take Part Creative Director for New Adventures.
She has assisted in staging various works
for the company and has been resident
tour director on Sleeping Beauty, Edward
Scissorhands and Nutcracker! Kerry has also
been rehearsal director for Cinderella,
Swan Lake and previous NACA winner
James Cousins Company.
Her performing credits include: for New Adventures: Queen Eleanor in the original cast of Sleeping Beauty, Town and Country and Infernal Galop (Early Adventures 25th anniversary tour); the title role in Cinderella, the Girlfriend and the Spanish Princess in Swan Lake, Rita and Delores in The Car Man, Kim Boggs in original cast of Edward Scissorhands, the Sylph and Effie in Highland Fling, and Clara and Liquorice lady in Nutcracker!
Kerry has also danced for Michael Clark, Phoenix Dance, Scottish Dance Theatre, Neville Campbell, JazzXchange, Kerry Nicholls and Ballet Creations, in Wayne Sleep’s tour Dance, the Millennium Dome Central Arena Show, The Snowman and with British artist Martin Creed on Ballet (Work No 1020).
TV and film credits include:Matthew Bourne’s Sleeping Beauty, Matthew Bourne’s Christmas, Clash of the Titans, Nutcracker!, The Snowman, Radox ‘Bath’ and ‘Shower’ adverts, Dancing in the Street (BBC) and pop promos for Scatman John.
Kerry leads on creating and delivering a wide variety of projects for New Adventures and teaches in dance establishments across the UK and internationally.
