As Britain’s biggest dance export, we create world-class productions alongside talent development and education projects reaching thousands worldwide each year. Over the past 30 years, we have changed the popularity of dance in Britain, creating works and programmes which have altered the public perception of what is possible when it comes to telling stories without words.
New Adventures is passionate about diversifying the dance landscape and investing in the future of dance through delivering inclusive projects for people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds alongside development opportunities for emerging artists.
The work of New Adventures would not be possible without the generous support of our principal funder Arts Council England, individual donors, trusts & foundations and corporate partnerships. Anything you can give, will help us continue to change lives through dance.
There are many different ways to support our work:

AUSTRALIAN DANCE REVIEW
New Adventures is a registered charity. We have bold ambitions to consolidate and grow our talent development programme and our engagement work with young people and communities. This includes schemes to support excellence and increase diversity in our industry across the country, develop our dancers whilst with the company and as they transition from performing as well as engagement and participation projects with young people and communities, particularly those who are marginalised and underserved.
Grants enable us to undertake exciting strategic projects each year such as our most recent project for young people aged 12-21 and not in education, employment or training, Civil Blood.
Following the success of Lord of the Flies in 2014, where we engaged with over 8,000 young men and boys with little or no dance experience across 13 venues, we have begun to see journeys into the company and industry enabled by this work. Our 2018–20 tour of Swan Lake saw 3 dancers from the Lord of the Flies Young Ensemble make their professional debuts with the company and a further 2 with Romeo and Juliet.
As a leading national and international touring company we work with our corporate partners in a bespoke way, offering the chance to engage with us locally, regionally or globally depending on your company’s needs and priorities.
In 2018/19 511,285 people experienced our work on and off stage. We gave 363 performances in 37 venues worldwide
We will work closely with you to create a bespoke and meaningful partnership that meets your business aims and objectives. If you would like to discuss working with New Adventures then please contact:
