Louise graduated from the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts before training to be a teacher at University of Hull. Following 7 years in education, inspiring future generations within the classroom and leading teams within schools, Louise decided to find a way to combine her organisational and strategic thinking skills with her love of dance and joined New Adventures as Operations Manager in July 2023.
