Jennie began her career in theatre in 2001 working for Clear Channel / Live Nation / Back Row Productions as a Production Assistant, moving up to being a GM on productions such as Tap Dogs, Gumboots, Slava’s Snowshow and Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake.
She set up GLF with Kayte Potter in 2007, running the management side of the business and has enjoyed working with many different clients, including Complicité, Sadler’s Wells, NEBT, Kenny Wax Productions, ZooNation, Music & Lyrics, Scottish Ballet and Scottish Opera.
Jennie continued her relationship with Matthew Bourne’s company New Adventures as their General Manager, and has now had the pleasure of general managing their productions for over 20 years, including Swan Lake, Edward Scissorhands, Nutcracker!, Play Without Words, Early Adventures, The Car Man, Sleeping Beauty, Dorian Gray, Cinderella, Romeo and Juliet and The Red Shoes.
In August 2023, she moved into the role of Executive Director at New Adventures to oversee the charitable side of the organisation as well as the productions.
