Ciara has 15 years’ experience working across creative learning and arts participation for organisations including Arts Depot, Arts Council England, Greenwich and Lewisham Young People’s Theatre and Lyric Hammersmith. Prior to joining New Adventures, Ciara worked for Croydon Music and Arts as Programme Manager strategically leading on performing arts provision for young people in the borough and managing the cultural education partnership. Outside of her New Adventures post, Ciara is a freelance Creative Producer for Green Man festival and Senior Producer at Access All Areas. Ciara is also a trustee for Savvy Theatre. Ciara holds an MA in Participatory Arts from Goldsmiths College, University of London.
