Andrew, originally a dancer with the 2018-20 production of Swan Lake trained as an Environmental Manager in 2020 thanks to the Spring Forward scheme from New Adventures and is now a Practitioner member of the Institute of Environmental Managers and Assessors (IEMA). Since joining the team in 2022 Andrew has forged a close connection with the Theatre Green Book to which he contributed his Green Rider model which is very quickly being adopted as the industry standard.
Andrew continues his work as a freelance dance artist alongside his work with New Adventures. He has worked as Sponsors and Partnerships Manager for Ballet Nights since 2023 and has recently been appointed as Co-Producer and head of Fundraising for the newly created Jamiel Laurence Creation.
Andrew is currently the Environmental Sustainability Manager and leader of the Green Adventures working group for New Adventures.
