On 20 October the Evening Standard released their 2017 list of London's most influential people and we're delighted to share that Matthew Bourne has been featured in the Theatre & Dance category.
Evening Standard said: "Sir Matthew scored a hit with his stage version of Powell and Pressburger’s The Red Shoes, now seen by audiences of more than 300,000 people — many more than most dance companies can hope to reach — and about to embark on an American tour. Sir Matthew has a deep love of dance history and a populist appeal that has made him Britain’s best-known choreographer."
