After an extensive workshop and audition process, we're very proud and excited that 23 boys and young men from across Victoria, Australia have been chosen to form the Young Ensemble of Matthew Bourne's New Adventures adaptation of Lord of the Flies for Arts Centre Melbourne.
Found predominantly through Arts Centre Melbourne's community outreach programme and open workshops that began in October 2016, the Young Ensemble includes a mixture of boys and young men, aged 10 - 25, with varying levels of dance experience - including some who have never danced before.
These boys will join our cast of professional dancers from England and Australia, so make sure you follow their journey with us ahead of the show, 5 - 9 April.
