Other Career Highlights: Dry Write at Latitude Festival 2010 (Ann Yee); Electric Hotel – King’s Cross site specific performance; Really Old, like Forty Five – National Theatre; Pictures from an Exhibiton – Young Vic; Three and Russian Roulette – London and UK Tour; Wish I was real – Jan Push Company, Hamburg; Romeo and Juliet – English National Ballet, Royal Albert Hall. Michela has taken part in several research and development workshops for the National Theatre. She has also worked as movement director for Murder Ballet – Arts Theatre; Cymbeline – Shakespeare’s Globe; Boa – Trafalgar Studios; workshop for a new production for the Michael Grandage Company; everyword Festival – Everyman Theatre, Liverpool for a new play by Colette Kane; assistant to Ann Yee on Orpheus and Eurydice at the Old Vic Tunnels in 2011. She has choreographed music videos and short lms by new artists. She regularly teaches dance classes and workshops for Matthew Bourne‘s company and Birkbeck University. She was nominated for Best Contemporary Dancer at the Critics‘ Circle Award in 2012.

Dedication: Michela dedicates her performance to her father Ernesto, who was her biggest fan and inspired her with his determination and joy for living.
