The Red Shoes (2016/17 tour)
Dominic started dancing, under the tuition of his Mother, at the age of six at her school Insteps Dance Studios. At sixteen he began vocational training at Laine Theatre Arts, graduating in 2008, and made his debut with Matthew Bourne's New Adventures in the world tour of Edward Scissorhands (2008/09) as 'Jim Upton' and 'Gerald Monroe'. He continued to perform with New Adventures in the UK/international tour of Dorian Gray (2009), the revival tour of Cinderella (2010/11), and was featured in the More4 program Matthew Bourne's Christmas (2011), which aired on Christmas Day '11, performing some of Bourne's most iconic and eclectic works. In 2012, he appeared in the UK/international tour of Chicago (2012), and played his understudy role of 'Mary Sunshine' at the Wales Millenium Centre. He then joined New Adventures again for the international tour of Sleeping Beauty (2012/13), before going on to perform at the Greenwich O2 Arena alongside the Pythons in Monty Python Live (Almost) (2014), which was screened live to cinemas worldwide, and aired on UKGold. Dominic has most recently reprised his roles in his debut production with Matthew, for the latest UK tour of Edward Scissorhands (2014/15) and the second international tour of Sleeping Beauty (2015/16).
